How to Use
If using Defender as a coating topper, make sure the underlying coating has had enough time to properly set before application. In most cases, allow at least 1 hour before applying Defender.
For best results, work on a cool surface and out of direct sunlight whenever possible.
Step 1: Apply Defender directly to the paint or spray it onto a clean microfiber towel.
Step 2: Work in approximately 3' x 3' sections, spreading the product evenly across the surface.
Step 3: Allow the product to sit briefly, then flip your microfiber towel to a clean side and buff the surface to a bright, uniform finish.
Step 4: Continue working section by section until the entire vehicle is complete.
Pro Tip
For the best finish, use two clean microfiber towels—one for spreading Defender and another for the final buff. This makes it easier to achieve an even finish while minimizing the chance of streaks or high spots.
