Shine Labz Shipping Policy

Thank you for your interest in Shine Labz products! We strive to provide a smooth and transparent shipping experience. Please review the following policy for information regarding our shipping procedures.

Shipping Origin and Carrier:

All orders are shipped from our location in Hawaii via USPS.

Shipping Time:

Please allow 5-8 business days for your order to arrive. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays.

Local Delivery (Oahu, Hawaii, United States):

For customers located in Kapolei, Waipahu, Pearl City, Aiea, Ewa Beach and Mililani, we offer local delivery.

  • Deliveries will normally be made the same day if orders are placed before 9:00 AM HST.

  • The delivery cut-off time for same-day local delivery is 2:00 PM HST.

  • Please note: We are unable to deliver to locations with secured access, such as gated communities, residential buildings, or other locations requiring special access credentials. Please ensure your delivery address does not have such restrictions.

Order Tracking:

For your convenience, we provide tracking information for all orders. Once your order has been shipped or scheduled for local delivery, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Order Limits:

Currently, we can only ship or deliver one gallon of product per order. If you wish to purchase more than one gallon, please place separate orders for each gallon. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are working to expand our shipping capabilities in the future. We also are unable to ship 5 gallon pails due to freight costs coming out of Hawaii. If you would like to place a large order, please contact us and we can work with you on getting you what you need. 

Shipping Restrictions:

Please be aware of any shipping restrictions that may apply to your location. Certain products may be subject to specific regulations or limitations imposed by USPS or state and federal laws.

  • Any aerosols, flammable, or corrosive materials are subject to strict federal and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Due to these regulations, we may not be able to ship certain products to your address or location. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with these regulations before placing your order.
